WHAT YOU CAN DO

Well, sadly you as an individual can't do much. Closing the Gender Wage Gap will take a lot of work and frustration. At this point what is needed is some sort of legal action. This would most likely be a bill saying that it is illegal to pay women less than men for the same work. With our current administration not much is going to happen in the next four years.

That doesn't mean that we can give up. For the next couple of years we have to keep getting the word out and standing up for what is right!

If we keep fighting we may be able to see our granddaughters or great granddaughters being paid what they deserve!
